At the beginning of our home search, we were going to a few open houses and we met Julia and her partner Domonique at a house they were showing in Camarillo. We decided to have Julia be our real estate agent and after an initial meeting, spent the next 9 months (!) looking for the perfect house. This started mostly in the Camarillo area but eventually expanded to Newbury Park/Thousand Oaks.
Throughout all of those months, Julia showed us NUMEROUS listings, put in offers on a few of them (only to have the deal not pan out) and worked with us through the end. As previous homeowners in Seattle, WA, the Southern CA experience was a little bit different, for sure.

During all 9 months of looking and the final escrow, Julia was VERY attentive – responding quickly, if not immediately, to phone calls, texts, emails – whatever. All with a warm, friendly, caring and personable attitude. We’d highly recommend Julia to any prospective home buyers.
