More than 20 miles of immaculate coastline await at Oxnard, one of the county’s most laidback communities. People are drawn to its oceanfront charm and a diverse housing stock that consists of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos, quite a few of which are right on the beach.
The city is situated on the western edge of the Oxnard Plain, about 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles. It’s a major producer of strawberries and hosts the annual California Strawberry Festival.
